Tuesday - Martes

Tuesday, the 16th we woke up at 07:00, we had a shower and at 08:00, we have a breakfast and we went walking to El Senado. Once there, we had time to walk freely around there. We bought some things, food, etc.

We entered on the Senate at 11:00. First we went to the new part. It was very big and very beautiful.
A guide explain to us some interesting things like: Who works there, What things happen there, etc.
Then, we went to the old part, it was very beautiful too, with different design than the new one. There, we recive an unexpected visit, the 1st Vice President of the Senate, Isidr Meolas, was there. He explain us some interesting anecdotes.

The visit was very interesting.

After visiting the Senate, we saw the Real Palace, but we didn't pass in.


We have had some free time to have a lunch. A lot of people ate the typical calamari sandwich.

Then, we went to El Prado's Museum. There, we made 2 groups. One group was that people who wanted to go freely around the museum, but they have had to make a little quest: Find some pictures and describe them.
The other group was the other people, who wanted to go with the teachers. They have had to take notes about the pictures that the teacher explains.

After that, we went to the hostel. We needed to have a shower and go fast to Gran Via. There we dinner on an Italian Restaurant. It was very good food. At 21:00 everybody was in front of the theatre, where we saw a musical: Saturday Night Fever. But there was a problem, we entered like 45 minutes later, and we have had to enter very quietly, to not disturb the other people who was there.

The musical was very beautiful. Everybody like it.

When the musical ended, we went to the hostel and we went to bed early.

Martes 16, nos despertamos a las 07:00, nos duchamos y a las 08:00, desayunamos y nos fuimos caminando para el Senado. Una vez allí, tuvimos tiempo para caminar libremente por los alrededores. Compramos algunos recuerdos, comida, etc

Entramos en el Senado a las 11:00. Primero fuimos a la parte nueva. Era muy grande y muy bonita.
Una guía que nos explicó algunas cosas interesantes como: ¿Quién trabaja allí?, ¿Qué cosas suceden allí?, etc
Luego, fuimos a la parte antigua, era muy bonita también, con diferente diseño de la nueva. Allí, recibimos una inesperada visita, el Vicepresidente 1º del Senado, Isidre Molas, estaba allí. Nos explicó algunas anécdotas interesantes.

La visita fue muy interesante.

Después de visitar el Senado, vimos el Palacio Real, pero no entramos.


Fuimos a la Plaza Mayor, allí tuvimos tiempo libre para comer. Mucha gente se comió el típico Bocadillo de Calamares.

Luego, fuimos al Museo de El Prado. Allí, hicimos 2 grupos. Un grupo fue la gente que quería ir libremente por el museo, pero tuvieron que hacer una pequeña búsqueda: Encontrar algunos cuadros y describirlas.
El otro grupo fue el de las otras personas, los que querían ir con los maestros. Tuvieron que tomar notas acerca de los cuadros que el maestro explicó.

Después de eso, nos fuimos hasta el albergue. Necesitábamos ducharnos e ir rápido a la Gran Via. Allí cenamos en un restaurante italiano. La comida estaba muy buena. A las 21:00 todo el mundo estaba en frente del teatro, donde vimos un musical: Fiebre del sábado noche. Pero había un problema, entramos como 45 minutos más tarde, y tuvimos que entrar muy en silencio, para no molestar a la otra gente que estaba allí.

El musical fue muy chulo. A todo el mundo le gustó.

Cuando terminó el musical, nos fuimos al albergue y nos fuimos a la cama temprano.
